John 17:12  “While I was with them, I protected them in your name that you have given me. I guarded them, and not one of them was lost…”

As we desire to follow the biblical principle of encouraging, exhorting, and uplifting each other, our ministries and small groups meet at various times during the month. Each ministry team & group fosters the following:

• Safe – Provide a safe environment to share, acknowledge, and support personal life challenges. (Meeting people where they are)
• Growth – Provide a nurturing environment to develop personal and spiritual growth. (Help them grow in Christ)
• Mentoring – Provide a discipleship accountability process of being mentored and mentoring others.
• Resourcing – Provides a conduit for resources to accomplish the goals.

We are determined that each member be cared for, protected, guarded, & made to know they belong. We strive that no one be left to walk the sometimes difficult road of discipleship alone.

In each of the spheres of church life we have a lay pastor in charge of caring for the leaders of all the teams & small groups that belong in that sphere. The lay pastor will care for each leader who will then care for their team or group.
